Contact
Publication note: replace this paragraph with the public support form URL or public support contact address before App Store submission. Do not publish a personal account address or private identifier here.
When requesting support, describe the device model, OS version, storage provider, and the issue. Do not send passwords, authentication tokens, private file names, folder names, account names, file IDs, transaction IDs, or private cloud paths.
Cloud and Local Files
The app can open user-selected audio and image files from Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, iCloud Drive, and local files. Cloud provider sign-in is handled by the selected provider or its authentication service. The app uses the granted access to list, search, download, and play files selected by the user.
Connection Tips
- Confirm that the cloud account is signed in and that network access is available.
- Confirm that the chosen files are available to the signed-in account.
- For iCloud Drive or local files, confirm that the file still exists in the selected location.
- If a provider session has expired, sign in again from the app settings or storage selection screen.
Audio Is Not Playing
- Check that the file is a playable audio file and has not been moved, deleted, or renamed outside the app.
- Check network connectivity for cloud-only files.
- Try reopening the storage provider or selecting the file again.
- For very large files, wait for the first download or cache step to progress before retrying playback.
- Confirm that the device volume, silent mode, Bluetooth output, and lock screen route are set as intended.
Large Files, Downloads, and Cache
Large audio files can take longer to prepare, especially on the first play. The app may keep selected audio, artwork, and related playback data on the device for cache or offline use. Clearing cache or signing out may remove local copies, but it does not delete the original user-owned files from the cloud provider or local file location.
Subscription, Trial, Restore, and Cancellation
SoundViewLink Player uses an annual auto-renewable subscription with a one-month free trial for eligible new subscribers. After the trial, the subscription renews yearly unless cancelled through Apple subscription management.
- Use the app's purchase screen to start the annual plan or restore an existing purchase.
- Use the restore option if you reinstall the app or move to a device using the same Apple Account.
- Manage or cancel the subscription in Apple subscription settings.
Apple support guidance: view or cancel subscriptions.
Privacy and User-Owned Files
SoundViewLink Player is designed to play and display files selected by the user. The app is not described as storing user-owned audio or image files on an app-operated server. See the Privacy Policy for details about provider sign-in, local cache, diagnostics, and subscription handling.
